Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact Dewy Rose Clothing Co. before mailing your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We do not provide free return shipping or return shipping labels.

Sale, clearance, final-sale, special-order, and gift-card purchases are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
